R.E.S.E.T. stands for Resilient Ecosystems Strongly Evolving Together.
The Knoxville R.E.S.E.T. Apprenticeship Readiness Program is a hands-on pre-apprenticeship initiative that prepares adults and youth for careers in the skilled trades.
Participants receive real-world training through the nationally recognized MC3 curriculum, along with mentorship and wraparound support services that help remove barriers and create direct pathways into union apprenticeships and employment.
This program is a partnership between CONNECT Ministries, the Knoxville-Oak Ridge Central Labor Council, and the Knoxville Building & Construction Trades Council.
