CONNECTWORKS4U is a “Workforce Development Training Program that assists low and moderate-income families and individuals who are seeking employment opportunities and “Access” to pathways toward economic and financial stability.
R.E.S.E.T. (Re-Set Pre-Apprenticeship Workforce Development Initiative) is a hands-on training program designed to prepare adults and youth for careers in the skilled trades.
Through the nationally recognized MC3 curriculum, participants gain real-world knowledge, job readiness skills, and direct access to apprenticeship opportunities with local labor unions and employers.
Our program Project Fresh Start was designed for at risk youth ages fourteen through twenty-four. Aspects of the program include the following: Education with an emphasis on S.T.E.M. and Writing, Employment and Job Readiness Training, Juvenile Diversion Service Projects, Assessments and Life Skills /Coaching/Mentoring.
