Did you know CONNECT Ministries, in partnership with the city of Knoxville, have a program that will help impact homelessness here in the city. Our program is called The Homeless Citizens Reentry Initiative (HCRI.) It provides a variety of housing services including case management for men, women and youth who have barriers to homelessness and by HUD standards are homeless.

Our homeless effort is concentrated on “street out-reach.” These include youth that have aged out of foster care, who may or may not be a member of the LGBTQ community; ex-offenders; first time homeless living in their cars, with family members or friends in overcrowded conditions.
